What if the recipient is not home? 
We try again, and again. Your purchase is valuable and perishable, we typically don't leave anything by the door. If the recipient is not home, the delivery driver will leave a door tag that asks the recipient to call and schedule the delivery. If the person does not call, a second attempt is made (usually the evening or following day). If you want us to leave it at the door, just ask us to do so! 

Why don't you leave things at the door?
We are happy to by request, but usually don't to ensure quality products. Flowers can be quickly ruined by extreme temperatures, inclement weather, or the neighborhood cat. 

Do you have a minimum purchase for delivery?
Yes, we respectfully request that your purchase exceeds $45 for delivery. The purchase can include non-flower items such as gifts or plants.

What is the delivery fee?
A standard $15 labor and delivery fee is added to the purchase price. Additional fees may occur for extended deliveries, time-sensitive deliveries, or same-day deliveries.
